Baby Bike Seat saved my son!

My 18 month old son and I were out for a bike ride after dinner recently which we do almost daily. Riding along the road, we were hit by a car coming the opposite direction trying to turn into a driveway. The car hit the front of my bike leaving me leaning against the car. However, the bike hit the ground and slid a few feet. My son was strapped into your Baby bike seat and wearing his helmet. Thankfully there were no injuries other than a scrape and being scared.

I think that the design of the seat with the sides curving out around the child helped save my son (along with his helmet!) from more serious injury.

Yes, you can probably find cheaper bike seats elsewhere but I have to say that the bike seat did exactly what it was designed to do. It kept my son in place and prevented him from sustaining serious injuries.

Needless to say, I will get the driver's insurance company to pay for a new bike seat and I will be buying this same seat. It is a wonderful product!!!

Alien XS saved the day...

Recently I was saved by my old Alien XS tool in a way that I never would have imagined.

The Dust Cover and Nut (which I had recently reinstalled myself) on my Time mountain pedal fell out and were lost as I was hanging on for dear life down a hairy descent. I thought I would be forced to walk a few miles home and the ride would be lost when my friend noticed that the nut that held my Alien Kit together looked about the same size as the threads on my pedal. It was a perfect replacement for the time being and I rode for hours without a problem.

Just a bit of luck I guess but It sure was nice to keep riding that night thanks to my Alien XS.

Road Morph Pump is the best thing I have bought in over 20 years....

Hi, I bought a Road Morph pump a couple of weeks ago. I thought at the time it was a bit expensive, but I needed a replacement for my old knackered mini pump. It has turned out to be just about the best thing I've bought in over 20 years of cycling.

I've just completed the 1400 kilometer London - Edinburgh - London audax. I got two punctures, the first 10 into the ride, the second about 5am on a freezing misty morning in the middle of nowhere (the Scottish Borders actually). On both occasions, the pump got me back on the road in double quick time. It is superb.

I'm going to buy some spare clips so I can fit it to all of my bikes. (BTW, is it possible to get spare allen bolts for the clips - it's a bit easy to round off the heads.) Thanks guys.

I love the Road Morph!

As a ride leader for the Five Borough Bicycle Club and volunteer marshal on many of NY City's mass cycling events, when I go out for a ride I often end up pumping up someone else's tires, sometimes five or six times in a single day.

That chore has been dramatically easier ever since I bought a Topeak Road Morph pump. The foot-pump style design with the hose removes the strain and angst from pumping - don't have to worry about damaging the valve. And to top it off, the Road Morph is the first pump I've met that can pump a high-pressure tire to 120 psi and above without extraordinary effort.

I'd like to congratulate you for manufacturing the finest frame pump on the market. Unsolictedly yours, Ed Ravin.
